Return and Change Policy
Returns are accepted if product is damaged upon arriving. You can contact us via Email and we would discuss the issue.
Refunds are only accepted if you make a mistake and/or ordered on accident. You have 24 hours to request a refund for this reason.
Late Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel or request a refund more than 24 hours after placing your order, a $15 restocking fee per jersey and a $5 shipping fee will apply. This is because each order is reserved immediately, and canceling after this time means we’ve already paid for the product. We encourage you to read all our important pages before making your purchase.
Order Changes
You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to request any changes at no cost. Just send us an email at gamedayjerseys.us@gmail.com, and we’ll handle it.
If you request a change after 24 hours, a $15 fee per jersey will be applied to cover the costs of reprocessing and restocking.
If you contact us within the 24-hour window but we respond after that time, we will honor the “no cost to change” policy.
Returns Due to Incorrect Address
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a $15 fee per jersey and a $5 shipping fee will be charged to cover additional shipping and handling costs.
